If you do not let a property with us within two weeks, we will delete all digital records to the best of our abilities and shred any printed copies.

WARNING: You must read this information prior to filling in your application form. Applications must be filled in correctly and accurately, otherwise it will not be processed. Your application must contain supporting documents. If these are not presented, your application will not be processed.

Each applicant must fill in their own individual application form. For your application to be processed, it must be completed in full.

Supporting Documents:

You will be asked to provide some or all of the following to progress your application:

1. Photo ID / Identification Driving Licence / Passport
2. Employment Reference from your current/ previous employer
3. Landlord written reference
4. Proof of address (Utility Bill/ Bank Statement Dated Within 3 Months)

1. Tenants must advise their landlord/agent of any changes to contact details immediately.
2. Tenant must provide bank account details and set up a Standing Order. This must be a single payment form one account.

Disclaimer / Authority

I, the above named applicant, agree that:

1. I will be required to pay a security deposit within 24 hours, upon approval of my application to secure the property. One month's rent in advance will be payable 48 hours prior to my move in date.
2. The letting agent may conduct all relevant inquiries and/or searches from all creditors, providers and references named in this application as required for verifying the information contained herein.
3. The above information is true and correct has been supplied of my own free will.

I acknowledge that any false information I provide in this application could jeopardise this application and any subsequent tenancy agreement I enter into, and approval by the Lessor or Agent. I authorise the agent to supply my contact details to any appropriate tradespeople for the purpose of maintenance and repairs. I acknowledge and accept this if this application is rejected, the Agent is not legally obligated to give reason for the rejection.
